滑蛋炸面线
之前在
setiawan
买的面线一直被搁着,看到朋友jess wong分享了炸面线,也就跟着试试看。面线炸好了带咸,所以汁料方面也就煮的清淡一些。滚了江鱼仔汤,加入青菜、已腌制的枚肉,打芡,煮滚后,加入鸡蛋,倒入炸面线里,就这么简单的一餐。
