ayam masak merah
之前老公带我们去他的马来同事家open house,吃过这道菜肴后,老公一直很想自己试煮。昨天
他煮了大概分量,鸡肉用黄姜粉腌,然后炸过沥干油分。炒香八角,丁香,桂皮,buah pelaga,cili boh,加入鸡肉,加辣椒酱,番茄酱,和一点水焖煮至收汁。mmmmm......好吃。
