甜薯莲子雪耳
雪耳和莲子浸水1小时,
雪耳去蒂剪碎,
连同莲子放进锅内,
水滚后文火煲1小时。
加入甜薯和冰糖,
煲至甜薯软即可熄火,
随后撒上几颗枸杞。
香甜又滋润的糖水,
喝在口里 甜在心间。
