椰糖蛋香凉糕

椰糖蛋香凉糕食谱来自fb网友宝红

材料(a):

椰糖80g(切碎)
清水250g
盐1/8茶匙
班兰叶1片(打结)

材料(b):
燕菜粉2茶匙半

浓椰浆150g
清水100g

材料(c):

鸡蛋1粒(打散)

做法:


(1)将(a)料放入锅里以小火煮至糖溶后熄火过滤,取出班兰
叶。
(2)将(b)料及(1)混匀后滤入(c)料,以小火煮滚熄火待稍凉,
舀入杯内待凝固冷却后放入冰箱冷藏享用。
