美禄(Hoclick)戚风
食谱参考fb 厨友Meng Guat的Hoclick戚风,不想特意去买Hoclick,所以用了美禄代替。
Holick戚风
蛋黄糊:
蛋黄5粒,奶水70g,玉米油50g,低粉100g+玉
米粉10g+holick粉20g,细糖40g,盐一小撮。
蛋白霜
蛋白5粒,细糖50g,柠檬汁或嗒嗒粉少许
(一般戚风的做法)
