啤酒鸡
这次煮的和
上次
煮的不一样,调味做了一些更改。用盐和黑胡椒粉腌制半只马来鸡,热油炒香留衣蒜米数瓣,倒入鸡块炒至半熟,倒入一罐白啤酒,文火焖至收汁。
