春卷鱼头煲

豆腐鱼的3个鱼头(炸过),想煮咖哩鱼头的,又想到女儿一定会埋怨;所以想想下还是乱乱来,一锅熟。鱼头,炸腐皮,红萝卜,红枣,全部放进瓦煲,加水;煲滚后,用鲍鱼瑶柱汁,酱油,糖,绍兴酒,胡椒粉调味。然后盖着文火焖煮至入味后,将春卷铺在上面,熄火,盖着让它用余温焖煮片刻,即可~
