红糟花肉
材料:
花肉 2条(切块)
蒜米 半颗(剁茸)
红糟 5大匙
酱油 2大匙
糖 1大匙
水 适量
做法:
锅内热油下蒜米炒一下,加入红糟
炒香,加入花肉炒均匀。加入水(盖满花肉)和其他调味料,文火焖煮至收汁即可。
