桂圆天然酵母
用矿泉水做的
桂圆宝宝
发酵良好,起种和喂养后也比之前的天然酵母有活力,看到牵丝真的很开心。三次喂养我都用50g桂圆宝宝+50g面粉,因为没时间做面包,所以我将它收回冰箱。第二天取出用2大匙面粉+1大匙矿泉水喂养后,发酵的很活跃,底部可以看见很多洞洞,这时候可以做
面包
咯。
