生淮山玉竹汤
材料:
生淮山
玉竹
红枣
枸杞
党参
猪尾骨
(以上所有材料分量随意)
做法:
1.猪尾骨氽水,沥干水分。
2.生淮山洗净外层的泥土,削皮,菱角切。
3.锅内煲滚热水后将所有材料放进去煲约4小时或至入味,用盐调味即可。
