菠菜面
和
苋菜面
的食谱一样,只是我做了1.5的分量,就是900g的面粉。
最后分割150g一份,才搅拌成面条。我是用搅拌面粉糕的那种搅拌机来做的,如果做好像苋菜面那种幼面条,建议用3号来擀薄;做菠菜面这种大面条,建议用2号,比较薄,会比较滑口。
